Billing

Readout is one plan — Pro, $250/month or $2,500/year (~2 months free). Billing is per workspace.

Subscribing

Open Billing in the dashboard and choose monthly or annual. You’ll be taken to Stripe’s secure checkout to enter payment details; the amount is set by us at checkout. When you return, your workspace is active.

You can connect your Odoo before subscribing, but starting a sync and opening reports require an active subscription.

Managing your subscription

From the Billing page, open the customer portal to update your card, switch between monthly and annual, download invoices, or cancel. Changes there flow back into Readout automatically.

What requires a subscription

• Open while unsubscribed — signing in, inviting your team, and setting up the Odoo connection.
• Requires Pro — running syncs, the Customers view and its notes, Locations, the sales calendar and the four scheduled emails, promotions, the quote builder, and the saved reports. The Overview needs Pro too, plus an owner or admin role.
• Requires the AI add-on — Ask, where you type a question in plain English and AI turns it into a report over the same numbers as the Reports tab. See Ask for what an answer contains.

The AI add-on

Ask is $25/month on top of Pro. An owner adds or removes it from the Billing page; it appears as its own line on your invoice, and adding it mid-cycle is prorated. Removing it leaves Ask working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your question is the only thing sent to the model. It maps the question onto a fixed set of report options — it never sees, and never queries, your sales data.

Payment security

Payments are handled by Stripe. Readout never sees or stores your full card details.
